Baa Bega Chandamaama is the directional debut from veteran music composer Murali. The movie starring Deepak in the lead role is produced by Kumar. The movie will have newcomer Suhasini in the female lead.
Deepak also plays the lead role in Thyagu by director Teshi Venkatesh. He has also signed a new film, Channa, by filmmaker Umesh. One special thing about Channa is that it includes a song casting veteran actor Ambarish. The movie also casts Raj Bahadur, friend of Rajinikanth in an important role.
