These days, when producers are turning towards social networking sites and Youtube on the internet to promote their films, the producers of Budhdhivantha are taking a different route. They have decided to take the road and march towards success. Yes, as the name Budhdhivantha itself suggests, a huge procession is being organized ahead of the film’s release in Bangalore on 26th September.
The procession will start from Basavanagudi National College and end at Narthaki theatre on Kempe Gowda Road. The producers believe that the huge procession, which will carry cutouts of Upendra, will create awareness among the public about the movie. Fans can participate at the procession which will start at 7.30 a.m. and they are requested to maintain a cool atmosphere by the producers, Sri Lakshmi Venkateshwara Arts Private Limited. To add to the glamour of the event, a folk dance troupe will dance to the beats and Upendra will be leading the procession. It is informed that all the cast and crew of the film will also participate in the procession.
The film is slated for release in 70 theatres and will have 280 shows a day. This is to ensure that the initial interest of the public in the film is utilized to the most and the film should reach breakeven at the earliest.
The film shows Upendra in five different get ups and he has five heroines: Pooja Gandhi, Suman Ranganath, Nathanya, Saloni and Brinda.
