Vasanth, director of Mr. Bakra, is back with his second film Hrudayagala Vishya which features Prashanth and Madhupriya in the lead roles. The film has been produced at a moderate budget of Rs. 80 lakhs by Kannan and Hanumanthu. (Vasanth’s first film Mr. Bakra was produced at a cost of only Rs. 40 lakhs.) The audio launch of the film was held at Green House restaurant. Journalist Girish Kasargod and K.S. Vasu released the albums of the film in the ceremony.
The shooting was completed in 30 days in Bangalore’s Kanteerava studio, Shetty house, Peenya Chandrasekhar house, Goripalya, Sakleshpur and Samy’s Dreamland. Director Vasanth says that the story is based on his own life. He came to the field of cinema against the wishes of his parents. The message of the movie is that it is important to have preethi (love) for relationships to survive. Vasanth is of the opinion that when two people fall in love, others like neighbours does not need to worry. In most cases, it is not the family members but others who get worriedm and create hurdles, Vasanth says.
Vasanth is getting ready to direct his third film in which Vinodraj is the hero; this will be an out-and-out action film.
The music Hrudayagala Vishya is rendered by drummer Deva, who has introduced a new singer Mayook in the film.
