India’s first high definition camera film Magic Ajji (Kannada) is being dubbed in Tamil in the title Thantira Patti. The producers have been contemplating this dubbing for the past three years and have finally decided to go ahead.
Tamil actress Khushbu plays the role of the grandmother and master Thejas from Bangalore plays her grandson. The film is taken in a very comic way and will generate lots of laughs. The grandmother who dies within the first few scenes then appears, but only in the imagination of the child. The film also has lots of special effects which last for about 30 minutes.
The film is written and directed by Dinesh Baboo who is also one of the three producers. In addition, Dinesh Baboo has also handled the camera. The film, shot in Mysore, is a good watch for kids and families alike.
