Mahesh Sukhadhare, who has directed Sambrama, Sainika, Sarvabowma and Siddhu, has been recuperating from a road accident for the past 2 years. Now fully recovered, Sudhakare is back to work and has directed a film under his home banner Sukhadhare films.
Most of Sukhadhare’s earlier film titles began with ‘S’, but this time, his film is titled Malebille. Akshay and Pragna play the lead roles in Malebille with handsome hunk Diganth appearing in a guest role and Taslima Sheikh will perform an item number. Doddanna, Ramakrishna, Komal, Sharan, Padma Vasanthi, Umesh, Manadip Rai, Hulivan Gangadharaiah and Sangeetha are in the supporting cast. Music is by Manikanth Khadri and Cinetech Soori is the cameraman.
The shooting of Malebille has been completed in 50 days in the locations of Bangalore, Mysore, Sangama, Madikeri and Kundapura.
