Golden Star Ganesh is busy with Maleyali Jotheyali, and his pretty wife Shilpa is busy producing it! Ganesh has not had a particularly great period in recent times, but his wife is 100% sure that his new movie is going to bring fans to theatres again and again.

“It’s getting really hectic, but I’m loving every minute of it. With a three-month-old baby, most mums are getting pampered and resting at their maternal home. But here I am, looking after a baby and a production house,” smiles Shilpa. Adding, “The idea of turning producer has always been there. But I never expected it to happen this soon; things didn’t fall into place earlier and we weren’t happy with the scripts that were coming our way. But when Preetham Gubbi narrated the script of Maleyali Jotheyali we were spell-bound. We felt it had the same freshness of Mungaru Male. Besides, it was the kind of story that I wanted to see Ganesh in: chasing girls, teasing them and playing the perfect lover boy. That’s his forte and we wanted his fans to enjoy him in that avatar again.”
