Actress-director Priya Hasan, who was supposed to direct Hubbali Hudugi, has dropped the project and will direct another film titled Bindaas Hudugi. It is not yet known why she decided not to make a film for which the script was ready. It is learnt that the script of Bindaas Hudugi has been written by the actress herself. The film will go on floors at the Kanteerava Studio on October 9.
Priya Hasan was introduced into films through Black and White opposite Rajesh Amarnath. After working in the Tamil film Unakkaka Naan, she decided to direct Jambada Hudugi produced by her brother, in which she also acted. The film fetched her the best debut director award from KANFIDA.
Bindaas Hudugi will also be produced by her brother Mohan Gowda and Priya again plays the lead character. The film has a lot of entertainment elements like dances and fights.
