Kannada movie industry is having a good time these days with many new faces making a good start. Seven movies went to floor in a week. These were Psycho, Thyagu, Oh Nanna Chetana, Manasugala Mathu Madhura, Dhimantha Manushya, Happy New Year-00.45 a.m. and Ondhu Kshana.
Thyagu by Teshi Venkatesh stars Deepak in the lead role, Manasugala Mathu Madhura is the debut film for Anand being directed by Manju Maskal Matti and produced by Vishnukaanth. Dhimantha Manushya by debutante director Tharani starring Gopala Shetty, Kushi, Madhusoodhar, Shanker Bhat, Gururaj Hoskote, Bank Janardhan, Biradar, Gandasi Nagaraj, Jayaram, Ramanand, Rajgopal, Snitha is being produced by Guru Productions. Another film by a debutante director that went to floor recently was Happy New Year-00.45 a.m. starring Kamal, Vikram, Harshita, Chandru, Yashoda, Padma, Murthy, Nagesh produced by Nandini combines.
Other movies with new faces and technicians in progress are Love is God by Sai Anand, Nimma Shanker Nag by Sanjay, Dark and Aa Dinagalu.
