Bangalore-based Synergy Images, which specializes in web, animation and visual effects, is foraying into film production. The company’s first film, Ghauttham will star Prem and Ananth Nag in the lead roles. Malini Subramaniam of Synergy Images will launch the film on September 10th. The screenplay is by noted Tamil director Suresh Krishna.
The heroine is Sarah, who is popular in Malayalam and Telugu films. The search for another hero is on and the rest of the star cast is finalized. Vinaya Prakash and Sudharani will be featured in pivotal roles in Ghauttham.
The bebut director is Rajeev Prasad, son of award winning cinematographer R.N. Krishnaprasad and grandson of the legendary R. Nagendra Rao. Rajeev Prasad has been working as an assistant for the past few years.
