Diganth, one of Kannada film industry's young turks, will soon be working for Puthra, a quickie produced by Peter Joseph and Anthony Pal, written and directed by Umakanth, director of Anuraga Sangama and Madhuve. Shubha Punja will be Diganth's heroine in Puthra. The film will also mark the comeback of popular character artist Malavika Avinash. Music is by Vidyasagar and Ramesh Raj.
